CLARET began with a single question: what if every dish were treated as an act, not a portion? Our kitchen works with local producers and a tasting menu rewritten four times a year, once each season reaches the table.

The dining room seats 32, lit by candlelight, with a single seating each evening — so every guest gets the time a real dinner deserves.
